Use RAG to store the text content. I think the Mistral local model will be enough. For just chat with document.

The most important take away from this video is that we can define multiple RAG system standby. And make them into function ready to call.

For example: You can define a RAG that is only chat with AI, and another one only chat with data. Then let AI decide use which one. I think here you need to use smart model to do it. Mistral is not enough.
